Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stranex Go app and the Stranex client dashboard (the "Service"), provided by Stranex Solutions ("Stranex"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. Accounts are provisioned for businesses and their authorized team members.
• You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• Business owners and admins are responsible for the team members they invite and the roles they assign.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws — including messaging, calling, and consent laws (e.g., TCPA) for any calls, texts, or emails you send through the Service.
• You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your own customers before contacting them.
• Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content; no attempts to breach security or access other businesses' data; no reverse engineering except as permitted by law.

3. Your content & data

You retain ownership of the business and customer data you put into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Stranex a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights and consents necessary for Your Content. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties you choose to connect (e.g., Google, Twilio, Stripe, Square, Plaid, AI providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and Stranex is not responsible for third-party services.

5. Fees

Paid plans and usage-based charges (if applicable to your account) are billed as described at signup or in the app. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Your data → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs are accurate — review them before relying on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stranex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
